If going inside by 10:00 pm is going to be problematic for your group, we recommend booking elsewhere, although pretty much the entire city is operating under the same guidelines. - No smoking indoors - No events, parties or large gatherings - No bachelor/bachelorette parties - Must be at least 25 years old to book - No hot tub or outside music after 10:00 pm - No unattended kids in the hot tub We use a smart lock and will send you the code 7 days prior to your stay once we have the signed rental agreement. Misson Hills The house is conveniently located with quick access to convention center, downtown, Old Town, Gas Lamp, Little Italy, East Village, Petco Park, and Mexico Border. 5-10 minute taxi ride to airport, downtown, zoo, museums, and much more. We still recommend renting a car so you can explore all San Diego has to offer. Within 10-15 minute walk to: - Waterfront Park - Balboa Park & San Diego Zoo - Little Italy (quaint shopping and dining, just blocks away) - Mission Hills shopping district - Banker's Hill (cool restaurants, bars, coffee shops) - San Diego Harbor Within 5-10 minute drive of: - Gas Lamp Quarter (shopping, bar & restaurant district) - Downtown - San Diego Convention Center - only 2.5 miles away - The Pacific Ocean & Beaches - Coronado Island and historic Hotel del Coronado - Historic Old Town - Petco Park (home of the Padres) - The USS Midway aircraft carrier museum - Seaport Village shops & dining Our home is located in the best neighborhood in San Diego, offering great proximity to most attractions and fantastic views. While our properties feature high quality, acoustically rated windows and doors, our central location means you will occasionally hear the sounds of the city including planes that take off between the hours of 6:30am and 10:00 pm. If you are very sensitive to noise, staying anywhere in the downtown San Diego area may not be the right choice.
