Quaint Relaxing Vacation Home with a Lake View

Quaint house on a Canal of Wolverine Lake with a scenic backyard where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful seasonal views There are many great local restaurants, bars, ice cream shop, bike trails and shopping all within walking distance, or if you prefer to stay in and enjoy the big backyard with your friends or family, this is the perfect place. The space Enjoy the big backyard with a nice view toward the lake, perfect for bonfires and smores during the night. Grill is provided (please read the instructions) with utensils plus a gorgeous fire bar to enjoy your lunch or dinner. The inside is spacious and cozy with a nice kitchen and a finished, walk-out basement where you can enjoy some of our games that are provided or you may bring your own. Guest access Guests are able to access the driveway to home. You may be able to fit 2-3 cars. Garage is not accessible to the guests. Other things to note About this space Quante home perfect for a romantic hideaway, relaxation , group or family get-together. Fantastic family house with a Big yard, fire pit, screen in porch, and patio for gathering. Seasonal views. Must be 25+ to book.  We will provide the front door smart-lock entry code to the primary guest prior to check-in. The cabin is professionally cleaned before and after each stay and we will assist with any issues that may arise. Guest access Entire house, large deck, firepit, patio The Garage is accessed from time to time via a separate entrance Other things to note Please know all our propertie is a smoke-free environment. Smoking or vaping, of any kind, is not permitted inside. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our rental agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties or events. Guests will be provided with starting amounts of coffee, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, a garbage bag, dish soap and a dishwasher pod. Guests will be responsible for providing their own after the initial amounts are gone. Please be advised that by confirming your booking, you are agreeing to the Rental Agreement Policy terms posted publicly on our company website. Should you have any questions, please feel to contact us prior to booking. This home is not handicap accessible. Bonfires - Should you wish to use the bonfire, firewood is provided. Please make sure the fire is fully put out and the chairs/cushions are returned back to where they originally were. The grill is available to guests with utensils. Please read the instructions on the grill for how to use it. Please properly dispose of any grease (DO NOT PUT DOWN THE DRAIN). Kayaks are available to use for guests. You are welcome to bring your own as well. There is no dock access from the house, however there is a boat launch nearby. During the summer there are sprinklers that automatically go off during the morning everyday! Please contact us prior to booking if you are bringing pets. Pets are allowed and there is a $75 fee per pet. Any sign of a pet staying without a deposit will result in a fee of  $350 per pet.
