Welcome to our conveniently located home! Our cozy abode is situated at the end of a peaceful cul de sac and just a stone's throw from the highway, making it easy to get around. You'll appreciate the privacy that comes with our location, and while we are near the highway, you may hear some highway noise if you're outside. However, this has never been an issue for us and we believe you'll find the convenience of our location to be well worth it. Highlights: - Memory foam mattresses - Fast Wifi with smart TV's equipped with Netflix - Large outdoor space perfect for outdoor dinners - Extremely private with only one neighbor - Large kitchen fully equipped Additional Notes: - Casitas are detached from the main house which means each casita offers privacy and separate entrance. - One casita has a window AC unit, while the other has two box fans. - The casitas are Bedrooms 1 and 2. Pool Heating: If you'd like to enjoy a warm swim or soak, we offer pool heating for an additional $100 per night. If you'd like us to heat the pool before your arrival, just let us know and we'll send someone on our team to do so in the morning. Please note, the pool can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours to heat up, depending on the outside temperature. Check-in and checkout times: We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There is an extra fee of $50 per hour. Pets are welcome! But there's a $250 fee per pet, and we need to approve it first, so just message us the details. Guest access Keypad entry and guests will have private access to the entire property. Other things to note Please keep in mind: our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a twice a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it. We also have a weekly gardener service to maintain the beautiful nature in the surroundings in its best shape. Pool service is every Wednesday and Saturday. Garden service takes place every Saturday. Please remember that the pool and amenities are for your enjoyment, but they’re used at your own risk. For safety, children under 13 must always be directly supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult. While we do our best to keep everything safe and enjoyable, homeowners and managers cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or health-related issues that may occur. We kindly ask all guests to respect these guidelines — failure to follow them may result in being asked to leave the property without a refund. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please. To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay.
