River views, HOT TUB, firepit, Near Buc-ee’s &I81!

Come relax in the hot tub and enjoy this peaceful getaway right on North River. We are tucked away in the countryside but just 5 minutes from I81 as well as 10 min to Bridgewater College, 15 min to Blue Ridge Community College, 17 min to JMU, and 25 minutes to Massanutten Resort. There are plenty of exciting adventures here in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley including, hiking, wineries, shopping, and lots of good food! We are just minutes from Buc-cee’s Rockingham location!! The space 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds Our house is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, including a fully stocked kitchen with plates, cups, wine glasses, pots and pans, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker with coffee included. blender, toaster, waffle iron, tea pitcher and microwave also provided . The living room has lots of seating with extra blankets by the fireplace. We also have a 43” VIZIO smart TV if you choose to stay in for a movie night. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. All linens for beds, towels and washcloths are provided.(extra towels, washcloths, 2 bathrobes, blankets and pillows are in the supply closet in the master bathroom). You can help yourself to those. Closet in the twin bedroom is locked due to it being the cleaning closet. Free washer and dryer are available along with washing detergent. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in showers. If you are wanting to enjoy the outdoors there is a large back deck overlooking the river with a gas grill and a patio set. There are steps off of the deck leading down to the hot tub. Please be careful when you are entering an exiting the hot tub and be sure to use the hand rail. To the right of the house you will find our fire pit area. The fire wood is provided no extra charge. We just ask that you make sure the fire is COMPLETELY extinguished when you are done. You might also be lucky enough to hear the train come through in the evenings.:) Smoking and vaping is NOT allowed. NO PETS ALLOWED on this property. (Failure to do so will result in extra charges.) This house is located near a farm so you may smell it sometimes. It is also located right on the river so be aware of insects during the summer and please keep doors closed so they don’t come in the house. Please be respectful of our neighbors next door and try to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. We look forward to hosting you!
