Serenity! Relax and unwind with magnificent views of Lake Michigan and our own private 100' of picturesque sandy beach. Listen to the sound of the waves while you enjoy your warm cup of coffee from one of our expansive deck spaces. Fix a family meal in our spacious kitchen, or order dinner from a local restaurant in town. There is plenty of space for multiple families, or a couples weekend getaway. Not far from breweries, restaurants, farmer’s market, golf and other area attractions! The space Note: Air BnB fee is included in listed nightly price. Taxes and cleaning fee added at checkout. Expansive views from almost every room in the house. Two large living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, plus an extra sitting room. Large kitchen island and dining area. Three bedrooms, and three full bathrooms plus extra beds off the downstairs living room with privacy curtains, and a pull out couch in the sitting room. Numerous deck spaces with comfortable outdoor seating and amazing views to sit and relish the day while you sip your coffee or wine. Glass walls on deck railing allow for improved view and some protection from the wind so outdoor meals are more enjoyable. Fully stocked kitchen with multiple open shelves in the pantry for you to put your food. Fresh white linens supplied for each bed. 92ish stairs to the 100 feet of private beach with room to spread out and enjoy a beach fire. Kayaks are available seasonally. I personally find it difficult to leave the beach, but if you must, it is close to attractions such as Michigan's Adventure, Lewis Farms, Country Dairy, Old Channel Golf Course, Double JJ Resort, horseback riding, canoeing, and more. The Montague/Whitehall area is about 15 minutes away and has a lot to offer! There are breweries, restaurants, shops, a farmers market, and artisan market, as well as several festivals hosted throughout the year. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, other than a loft which is blocked off for safety. Other things to note The stairs to the beach are an easement we share with the owners of one property behind us to get to their own section of the beach.
