Ann Arbor Private Studio Room with Bath

This garden level downstairs room contains a queen bed, sofa, TV, mini-fridge and microwave. The neighborhood is very safe and usually quiet. (See "The Neighborhood" below for summer road construction.) There is a coffeemaker on the counter in the private bathroom (coffee provided). We (Jerry & Lynda) live upstairs with two adult cats (one friendly, one aloof). Check-in time is 3:00pm or later. Check-out time is by 1:00pm. Please contact us in advance if you require an earlier check-in. The space There is a window air-conditioning unit (for hotter days) and an individual thermostat for heating (in colder months). You have your own TV (DirecTV) with a Roku stick for access to our subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, and HBONow. The full bathroom has a tub/shower. You make your own coffee with provided coffee maker and medium roast coffee. We also provide half & half, a variety of sweeteners, fresh fruit (usually organic), and either yogurt or muffins.. Please let us know ahead of time if you would prefer a nondairy coffee creamer. Guest access Let us know when you would like to use our back deck (nothing fancy) with table, chairs, and umbrella. We primarily keep our cats inside or in the backyard, but will make sure they are inside when you'd like to use the back deck. During your stay We are happy to socialize or not. It's completely your choice. Other things to note We keep the doors to the guest studio room closed to prevent the cats from getting inside. We would ask that you keep the doors closed so that they do not sneak in when you aren't looking.
