The space Large master bedroom upstairs, smaller guest bedroom downstairs and some additional space for additional guests (8 max). Full, modernized kitchen and generous downstairs entertaining area with bar and SmartTV. Outside back patio provides perfect tailgate venue for game day. Guest access Everywhere except unfinished side of basement and shed. No key is necessary to enter house. Code to side door will be provided. Grill is available for use though will have to be lit with lighter (starter doesn't work) Other things to note Driveway can take 2 cars while yard can take an additional 2 cars (one space needs to be saved for an individual who has paid for seasonal parking)
