Quaint, cozy and well appointed cottage (home) in the middle of the NY Finger Lakes region on the Cayuga Wine Trail. Winery is on our street. Amazing restaurants and all season outdoor activities. Downtown Ithaca, Cornell and Ithaca College are a 10-15 minute drive. Nearest grocery stores are Wegmans and Trader Joe’s. Seneca Lake Wine Trail and Watkins Glen are a 20 minute drive. Front yard outdoor seating for relaxation. Guest access Private main level of home is Airbnb rental. Parking in driveway. One spare bedroom is locked and not accessible by guests. Lower level is separate and private and may be occupied by guests or host. Back porch is private. Other things to note Our region is known for a high iron and sulfur content in water. This causes some discoloration of bathroom tub, toilet and sink. Property uses well water and a septic system. Though there is a new water softener, well pump and a new hot water heater, the bathroom fixtures may still get a brown discoloration. Host leaves a bottle of spray bleach in bathroom for guests to use if desired as it removes most of any iron build up/discoloration from the bathtub. Though the water is safe for use and drinking, filtered water is available in the fridge for guests to use if preferred. Please reach out to host during stay with any further concern or questions.
