Lake Access Barrier-Free Cozy Studio

Barrier-free studio has ramped deck, low thresholds & spacious roll in shower. This cozy 625 square foot space has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Includes full kitchen, queen sized murphy bed, LazyBoy reclining love seat, surround sound speakers & 47" tv with Roku. With over 2 acres, there is plenty of privacy and access to the lake. Relax on the deck and enjoy the wildlife or use the lake to paddle, fish or watch waterfowl. Take it easy at this accessible and tranquil getaway. The space This is a one room studio with everything conveniently located for guests with or without disabilities. Guests have access to the lake (which is across the private drive) and a designated 10' dock is reserved for guest use. Homeowners live in the lake house and are usually available during the day if needed. Guest access Guests are able to enjoy the very large grass yard or the two-sided deck behind the studio. Guests are also welcome to use the lake and a 10' aluminum dock which is reserved for them. Please bring your kayaks, flotation devices, fishing polls (must have MI fishing license) and enjoy the lake. Other things to note Speed boats and jet skis are not allowed. This is a private lake with no public access for launching motorized lake toys.
