You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features). Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day for an additional $30 per day per kayak. We require ALL renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver that can be found in your online boarding pass after booking. This is a pet-friendly room for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds only. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation. • Pet fee $25/night | $150/week | $300/month Pack n play and iron are available upon request. Rollaway bed/cot provided if extra person fee is paid ($20 per guest). There is a unit above Room 1. You may hear minor noise so if you prefer to be placed in a different room, please reach out directly! We have placed a noise machine and ear-plugs for your convenience. For the safety and security of our owners and guests, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes uploading a government-issued ID and a selfie. This process helps prevent fraudulent activity and protect the interests of everyone involved. Guests will be provided a boarding pass link with access to an online boarding pass that will have step-by-step instructions on how to access the property.
