Small home with shady backyard

Quiet neighborhood home on the West side of Ann Arbor. Walking distance to Vet's Park and Aldi or Plum Market, a short bus ride or long walk to downtown. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, small groups. The space Cozy house (under 1000 sq ft). Comfortable and quaint. Little ranch house built in the 1960s. Good light in the morning, especially. Guest access Full upstairs (living room, kitchen, bathroom, your bedroom). There is a bedroom/ living space is in the basement. You are also welcome to use the laundry room down there. Other things to note I have a young baby, but I would not say my home is childproofed. Please discuss your needs with me before booking if you will be bringing children or have other special considerations to make sure it's a good fit.
