An amazing family friendly lakefront home on Higgins Lake-3 bedrooms and 2 full bath in the main house (sleeps 10), along with guest cottage (full bath & kitchenette). The guest cottage (sleeps 2), is SEASONAL and open May 1st-October 15th. 75 feet of lakefront awaits you + a sandy beach. HUGE deck: pergola & outdoor couches + tons of seating. Traeger grill. Kayaks (2-adult, 2-kid), SUP, and pedal boat; Connect 4, cornhole, croquet, fire pit for bonfires. Shuffleboard + infinity game table. The space Main house/cottage: sleeps 10 year round. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom with a shower/bath tub. The bunk bed room has 4 twin beds and a smart TV for rainy days! All bedrooms have amazing water views. The bunk bed room and the queen bedroom share a full bathroom (shower). There is a fully stocked kitchen and dining table for gathering while you cook! The living room has a wood burning fireplace and 65 inch smart TV along with ample seating for the whole family (and games!). The recreation room contains a mini fridge for beverages, a shuffleboard table, a dining table with seating for 6, and a twin over twin daybed for additional sleeping (sleeps 2). The laundry room is located off of the rec room and has a full size washer and dryer. We have a MOORING buoy for tying up a boat overnight should you choose to rent or bring your own. You are not able to tie up to the dock overnight because boats on Higgins need to be in a lift for their safety. You are able to use the dock to load on / off (and also it is shallow enough to get on and off in the water). Guest access Entire home/cottage and guest house (from May 1st - October 15th while open). Other things to note The guest cottage is a seasonal home that is open from May 1st-October 15th yearly. It features a king bed and a twin daybed, kitchenette (sink, coffee pot, microwave, table), a shower/toilet, and a deck. It has A/C and heat. From October 15th-May 1st it is CLOSED/winterized and unavailable for use.
