I have 2 dogs and a son who are here some of the time. I look forward to welcoming you into my quiet home! Grocery store (Meijer), mall, coffee, library, parks nearby (see map) A bus stop is 1 minute away to take you everywhere. Uber & Lyft service the area. You'll have access to driveway parking as well if you bring a car. The space You'll have a private room in a 2,000 square foot house. The 1st floor is 1,000 square feet with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining room, and 3 bedrooms. You'll have one of the three bedrooms which is shown in the pictures. Feel free to help yourself to everything in the kitchen like fruit, leftover food, oven, stove, etc. During your stay, enjoy easy access to downtown Lansing, East Lansing, and the Capitol while residing on a quiet street. I have laundry machine in the basement and a carpeted house. Your room is on the first floor across the hall from mine, so if you have any questions I'm right there to help. We have a shared and clean bathroom so feel free to set up camp and leave your things where they will be most useful to you. The basement is also 1,000 square feet. There isn't much going on down there aside from doing laundry. I mostly use it for storage and there are tools (hammers, screw drivers, etc.) I have two dogs that are with me some of the time their names are Clifford and Toby. Both are non-allergenic because I have allergies and both are quiet at night because I like to sleep. I have a 9 year old son, Colin, who stays with me sometimes as well. I hope you enjoy your stay! I want you to make use of the kitchen as you need, and I'm happy to answer any questions you have about the home and city. During your stay I like to chat and learn about you, but if you want to keep to yourself that's fine too. I love meeting new people guests and want to learn about you! I also understand that everyone needs their privacy and space, and my schedule is flexible to allow for pleasant interactions, but also time to yourself. My house and schedule are set up in such a way that we can co-exist in the same house without you feeling overcrowded. Other things to note I do sometimes have 2 dogs and my son. They are all curious, friendly and social, and will want to say hi to you. The dogs are non-allergenic (I have allergies) and shouldn't be a problem.
