Cute 2-bdrm house; great location

This is a self-check-in, 2-bedroom, entire residential home, with a patio deck & large fenced-in backyard. Sleeps up to 6 -7 guests comfortably (1 queen bed per bedroom, plus a large sectional couch that half of pulls out into a full-sized bed. The location is fantastic, less than a mile from I-94 and I-696, and close to Lake St. Clair. There are tons of parks, restaurants, shopping malls, grocery/convenience stores, entertainment, sports, games, fun, night-life, and much more -- all nearby! The space Aside from the 2 furnished bedrooms, this house features 1 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances (bear in mind, though, that there is no dishwasher, but there is an electric oven with an electric stove-top, a microwave above the stove with a fan, a fridge, freezer, a coffee pot and keurig with coffee available, a crockpot), a living room, a dining area in the kitchen, a basement with laundry room, a patio and a backyard (grill available). Each bedroom also features either a smart TV or a TV with a roku, closet space, and one of the bedrooms has a desk. There is some space in the basement with another table and chairs in an empty room if needed. The driveway can fit two cars, albeit a little tight. Parking on the street is available and recommended for anything beyond 2 cars. Guest access There will be a code to enter the front door. The door locks automatically after a few minutes. The side or back door don't have keys or codes but can be unlocked/locked from the inside. They must be locked first when leaving. You'll have access to the entire property except for the garage and two small areas underneath the stairs in the basement. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Parties are strictly forbidden by Airbnb. Family/friend gatherings are okay, as long as a specific guest list of 10 or less people is provided and approved by host. Gatherings cannot be loud or disruptive to the property, neighbors, neighborhood ordinances, or go against Airbnb guidelines. Open-invite parties and events are prohibited.
