The space Spacious and sophisticated, this gated community home is perfect for families and groups, accommodating up to 11 guests in 4 suites, all with hot and cold air conditioning. It has 5 bathrooms (4 full and 1 toilet), a full open-concept kitchen, a living room with TV and a gourmet area with a barbecue grill. The highlight is the outdoor area with a private pool (heating option upon request) and a fire pit, creating the ideal environment for moments of relaxation. There are 2 parking spaces and easy access to all the condominium's amenities. Floresta Boa Vista offers a unique setting, 24-hour security, hiking areas, a semi-Olympic swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna (see condominium opening hours), gym, beach tennis court and children's playground. Here, the stay goes far beyond lodging: it is a complete experience of leisure and contact with nature. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including a private pool, gourmet area, garden, fire pit, and garage. Access to the common area of the condominium is also available, subject to the rules and schedules of the place. Other things to note As this is a vacation rental, guests must provide their own groceries and other products. For greater comfort and transparency, please be advised that this accommodation does not have a water filter — we recommend that guests bring their own drinking water. The rental includes a complete set of bed and bath linens for the number of guests indicated in the reservation. Requests for extra pieces, as well as pool towels, can be met upon availability and additional charge. As a welcome courtesy, Fine Rental offers: • 1 bundle of firewood for the outdoor floor fire, • 1 liter of alcohol for lighting the fireplace, • 1 welcome drink, • Travel-size amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). If there is a need to replace these items, the amounts will be charged separately. We also offer, on demand, a maid service with housekeeping and trivial cooking activities, at the amount of R$300.00 per day (7 hours – business hours). All additional requests are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
