Spacious private bedroom with a solid wood queen bed, a comfy loveseat, Sony TV, height adjustable desk and chair. High quality mattress, luxury sheets and towels. High speed internet (400 Mbps) to facilitate the guests who are digital nomads/WFH. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The bathroom is shared between both the bedroom guests. It is good for solo adventurers, traveling professionals, travel nurses. I can extend the stay beyond one month if you are looking for long term stay. The space You will be staying in the master bedroom UR1 in the house. You will be able to lock your room. TV is provided in the bedroom as well as the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with quality kitchenware.  Every item is almost brand new - you will have Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, convection oven, full size refrigerator, Corelle dinnerware, Circulon Premium cookware, pantry storage containers, food storage containers, premium knife block and all kitchen accessories. Washer/dryer in the laundry room. Iron, ironing board, ample hangers, storage space. Living area has recliner sofa, very comfortable chairs. Guest access Keyless entry to the house and to your room, you will get the code along with your checkin instructions after the reservation is confirmed. Check-in is after 3 pm. Checkout is before 11 am. If you would like to do early checkin or late checkout, you are welcome to do so as long as there is no other reservation.  Please reach out to me if you want to confirm any change in check-in/check-out time. Other things to note I am setting the number of guests to 1 as the bathroom is shared with the other bedroom. The bedroom can easily accommodate 2 people, but please be mindful of the shared bathroom if you decide to reserve one bedroom for you and an additional person. I can allow dogs if you book the other bedroom too.
