Very cozy and comfortable apartment located in the upper part of Arenales del Sol. It is a 5-minute walk to one of the best beaches in the province (Arenales-Carabassi), and all the desirable services to enjoy a good summer vacation or live for a season the rest of the year. Ideal for families. The development has a swimming pool, private parking space and common areas. It's highly recommended to have a car. The space The apartment has 60 square meters that are very well used. Upon entering it, we find on the left a small kitchen connected to the living room by an open window. The living room has a sofa bed, Smart TV and dining table. It has air conditioning and a heat pump. The living room leads to a large glazed terrace from where you can enjoy the views of the COMMUNAL pool and a partial view of the sea. On one side of the dining room are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and air conditioning and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a built-in closet. Also next to the bedrooms is the full bathroom. To access the beach on foot, you must go down a paved slope. You can also get down by car in a minute, but if you don't leave first thing in the morning it's hard to park. Other things to note For stays equal to or less than 10 days, it will be considered a Tourist Accommodation in the Valencian Community.
