Please come enjoy our Modern Boho Farmhouse 1/2 block from a large gorgeous park in a quintessential neighborhood in our remodeled home. Just the 2 of us have redone every surface of this house to create a fun space for your family & friends to enjoy. Take a walk under the shade of our large old trees. Enjoy a bonfire in the backyard. Grill out. Relax in your king size bed while the littles enjoy their own space upstairs. For more space add our smaller listing across the street!!! The space The upstairs is a large open space with a separate area for the queen bed. The main living area upstairs has a full bed and two futons making up the TV lounge area. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The main floor has a king and queen bed in their own rooms with a main floor bathroom. Guest access The driveway holds around 4 cars and the park 1/2 block away has plenty of spaces. While it is legal to street park, I would advice using the actual parking spaces 1/2 block away as our streets are narrow. The main entrance and side entrance 3-4 stairs to get in. Please do not block the sidewalks. Other things to note Due to recent guests we will now be imposing a refundable deposit of $500 for anyone without a good review history. Thank you. Please see house rules. For same day bookings, it may be necessary to allow up to 3 hours notice for check in, even if after 4 pm check in time. Thank you. We have multiple places and have to work out our cleaning schedule by priority. If you smoke anything, vape, make our house smell like a deep fryer, or burn incense a fee of $1000 + charge may be imposed. Thank you for not making this necessary. For stays longer than 2 weeks: A mandatory 5 hour cleaning may be required every two weeks by us at our fee of $40/hr. A scheduled walk through every ten days will be necessary for these long stays. Please observe reasonable eco setting for the thermostat with a minimum of 68 for AC and max of 72 for heat unless otherwise agreed. There is an additional AC unit upstairs. Thank you.
