Newly renovated studio condo for rent in Panama City Beach, Florida. The community is a gated, quiet, family friendly environment! It has 11 pools (5 heated seasonally), 4 Tennis Courts, Shuffle Board, 18 hole mini golf course on the premises, Snack Bar, 2 playgrounds, and a small fitness center. Guest access Make yourself at home! There is a full kitchen with all new appliances for you to use. You will also be able to access all of the 11 pools, mini golf, tennis courts, playgrounds, small workout center & shuffle board during their operation hours. The community is located across the street from the beach with a designated cross walk at a traffic light that goes over Front Beach Road. Just press the button and the light changes very quick for you to cross. The walk from the doorstep of our unit to the beach is approx. 8 minutes. The roads are all paved with no hills so it makes it very easy to walk. This unit is located upstairs (15 steps) with no elevator. Other things to note We supply starter toilet paper, paper towels, etc for your stay. We have a washer & dryer in the condo; however, you will need to bring your own laundry soap & dryer sheets. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: There is a king size bed with a firm mattress and a set of twin bunks. SECURITY DEPOSITS: We reserve the right to charge the card on file if theft or damage is found upon your departure; additionally, if the minimum age requirement is not met. Once your party has checked out and all found in clean, undamaged condition and nothing is found missing, then no additional money will be requested. CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time. If you are late checking out, there will be an additional charge. PARKING: Parking is limited to ONE vehicle per condo.
