Other things to note 🌊 POOL: Pool maintenance takes place every Monday afternoon. Our pool tech will let themselves into the backyard to service the pool and is typically in and out quickly. Heating the pool is available upon request for an additional $50 per day. 🌿 LANDSCAPING: Landscaping is done every Monday morning. Our crew will let themselves into the backyard for routine service and is usually in and out quickly. If you’d prefer a different time due to noise, please let me know in advance and I’d be happy to reschedule. 🥩 GRILL: I’m happy to have propane delivered and set up for you with at least 24 hours’ notice. Don’t worry about cleaning the grill, it’s your vacation. Just let us know if you used it so we can inform housekeeping. 🗑️ OUTDOOR BINS: The black bin is for regular trash, the blue bin is for recycling, and the green bin is for yard waste. There is someone who takes them to the curb on the designated days, so you don’t need to worry about it during your stay.
