Cozy Farmhouse near Mammoth Cave on 45+ acre farm

"This cozy farmhouse is located on a beautiful 45+acre animal farm. This 3 bedroom and 1 bath, is a country get-a-way, perfect for all occasions. Located just minutes from I-65 and is right in-between Louisville, KY and Nashville, TN. For tourism, we are located approximately 25 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park; 20 minutes from Barren River State Park; 40 minutes from National Corvette Museum; and 45 minutes from the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace. It's very peaceful and relaxing. The space The entire house is available and includes a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer. +++Update: A brand new mini split air conditioning unit was just installed (Sep 21) for your heating and cooling needs. The window units you see in the pictures have been removed. There is a coffee/wine bar with k-cups and condiments for all guests. There is a projector in the living room equipped with a Roku with apps. It pairs with the Bluetooth speaker, turning the living room into a movie theater at night. There is also a tv in the master bedroom. There is a fire pit, wood, and kindling located in the back yard. There are 4 folding chairs located in the laundry room for use. There are mosquito candles available for use as well. There are extra toiletries available to hold you over until you can get some, just in case something is forgotten. The living room has a new reclining leather sofa and love seat and the coffee table folds out to a desk or table for eating. There is a full dining room with a beautiful wooden table that seats 6. There is also a blue tooth speaker in the bathroom for those like me who like to sing in the shower. Guest access We offer keyless entry and the code will be sent to you before check-in. Other things to note There is a guestbook located on the table as soon as you enter the house that has the WiFi password, information for your stay and house rules.
