The property is just a few blocks from the city center so you can walk to many restaurants & shops, as well as easy driving access to Mt Rushmore and other Black Hills attractions. Coffee, teas and creamers are provided free of charge and a new LG front load laundry stack is in the kitchen as well. The kitchen door leads to the sun-filled dining and living room with a large full sized sofa bed (6 ft 3 inches or less for sleeping) and front entrance area. Outdoor Patios: Large private backyard patio off of the back porch with new stainless Weber natural gas BBQ grill, patio furniture and a picnic table. The backyard is the perfect place for enjoying the beautiful summer nights! The nicely furnished patio is surrounded by a beautiful yard that is bordered by lilac bushes. The covered front patio offers seatings for three and is very private and cozy as well. Two bedrooms each with queen beds and premium bedding with 600 thread count cotton sheets, down comforters with duvets and four down pillows per bed. All pillows and mattresses are new and wrapped in anti-allergen covers. Bathroom has original clawfoot tub with shower and comes supplied with plenty of cotton towels, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner. 55 inch Roku Smart TV 4K-HDR, streaming friendly. Local Antenna provides 20 channels. Bose bluetooth speaker for your Spotify/Music. Wifi: High speed cable delivered broadband internet with powerful WiFi is provided by Midco broadband and the signal reaches the entire house and both patios. Radiant heat combined with new ultra-efficient Lennox mini-split HVAC technology allows for the space to be comfortably adjusted to your preference. Individual units in each bedroom allow guests to tailor their specific temperature preferences. Parking: Two off-street parking spots are located in the back accessed via the paved alley which connects between West Blvd and 9th Streets. In the front of the bungalow there is additional free street parking on Columbus Street. Nearby we also own a large lot that can accommodate a fifth wheel trailer or RV if needed and lastly there is an original garage onsite that is private. Guest access This is a private home and guests will have full access to the house, patios and backyard. EV charging is an additional $25 per stay, inform us at the time of booking if you plan on charging your vehicle.
