It has been completely renovated and retains the original hardwood floors We are located in the Midtown Area in the "Olde Hyde Park Historic District". The space this apartment has a low ceiling 6' 1" and is approximately 350 square feet. Guest access Guest have access to their complete apartment. This includes a one room living space containing a double bed , a twin bed & a dining counter and a gally kitchen. There are 2 free standing wardrobes for storing clothes etc. and, a bathroom with a walk in shower. -Laundry room is shared in the basement -Backyard for entertaining or smoking Other things to note There are 7 stairs from the street to the front door of the building. Once inside, there are 6 stairs up to the 1st floor hallway and at the end of the hall there are 13 stairs down to the lower level. please note this apartment has a low ceiling 6' 1". There is free street parking on the right side of the street. Please do not block any driveways as home owners will have your car towed. there is additional Street parking at the end of the block around the corner. This is an older building & the walls are thin. Apartments do not have soundproofing, so noise carries. we provide earplugs for light sleepers.
