Old renovated farm, bright and spacious, with a large living room of 90 m², 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and an outbuilding for 4 people, ideal for 1 or 2 large families. You will enjoy 5000 m² of garden, a large swimming pool of 11 x 5 m (May to October depending on the weather), swings and a beautiful view of the Ardèche and Vercors. Ideally located in the countryside, 5 minutes from the TGV station of Valence, it will be the starting point to explore all the beauties of our beautiful Drôme region. The space Our guests will have access to the main house as well as the outbuilding and will enjoy all the outdoor spaces. This is our main residence that we leave for rent. The house is therefore perfectly equipped! The main house of more than 200 m² is an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated. - You will have 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with single beds. The 3 bedrooms downstairs have reversible air conditioning. We provide mobile air conditioning for the master bedroom upstairs. In addition, a 60 m² outbuilding adjoining the main house, completely renovated in December 2023, can accommodate 4 additional people. The outbuilding has: - 1 master bedroom with a queen size bed opening onto a bathroom. - 2 single beds available on the mezzanine (not recommended for children under 6 years old) - Note: the toilet in the outbuilding is a dry toilet, as easy to use as a conventional toilet Outside, you will have access to: - a large garden with swings - an 11 x 5 meter swimming pool, unheated, open from May to October depending on the weather - tables, garden furniture and deckchairs Guest access The house is located in a small hamlet in the countryside, quiet, a few minutes from Valence TGV station. Guests can easily park their vehicles in the courtyard. The entrance to the house is protected by an electric gate Other things to note Note: the outbuilding is equipped with a dry toilet. They are used almost like a conventional toilet and, if you follow the rules of use, no unpleasant odors will bother you! The main house has 3 classic toilets.
