We call this space "Juniper Ascending," as much of Central Oregon is covered in Juniper forests. The studio has a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a fireplace, air conditioning/heating and a remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. The location can't be understated. You can walk to countless restaurants, pubs and local shops. There's always something going on in the parks around the area during the summer. In the winter we host numerous skiers and snowboarders. Our property is right next to Pioneer Park. The complex includes an indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Access to these amenities is based restrictions related to the coronavirus from both the government and The Riverside Commons Condominiums HOA. You have self check-in/check-out with a keyless lock. We're on the property in the office if you need us. The studio comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool. This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit. Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything. You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance. This is a studio in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. This studio is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card. The studio comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
