For stays of more than 28 days, the energy and wi-fi bill is the guest's responsibility. If there are 2 guests, identity verification of both will be required. There is NO washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi. Other things to note There is no washing machine or wi-fi. In the monthly/ annual rental, the energy bill is the guest's responsibility.
