Charming Backyard Apartment - Outside of Uptown

Gated backyard bungalow located above our detached garage in West End Charlotte only minutes from Panthers stadium and Uptown! The hand painted mural is the perfect backdrop for your Zoom meetings. Amenities: Private entrance, luxury sheets, washer/dryer, toiletries provided, local recommendations, wifi, close to Uptown, light snacks, walking distance to a greenway. The space I personally designed this space to feel cozy and inviting with thrifted books, live plants and a hand painted mural. We do not have a full kitchen, but there is a hot plate and light cooking equipment provided. This space caters more towards people who will be out and about exploring Charlotte. Each guest will be provided with snacks, shower amenities and we're on site if you need anything additional. Please note that the entrance to apartment is through the shared backyard that we use along with our dogs - Mickey and Daisy. Guest access Since this is a residential neighborhood there's plenty of free street parking directly in front of our house. Other things to note Please do not book this place if you are a smoker. There is absolutely NO smoking allowed or tolerated in the apartment or on our property. Each guest is required to have their ID verified via Airbnb prior to booking. A Roku is provided for TV, but guests must sign into their own streaming accounts. Please note that the backyard space is shared between the apartment + main house. You may have interactions with our dogs.
