Our property has two suites in the same block that shared the entrance through the walkway and the parking space. (You would be booking one suite, no the entire large house. ) Every suite has an assigned parking area and both are independent of the main house. Every suite is private and include kitchen and bathroom attached and not shared. The only shared areas are that entryway and the parking lot. Please review our listing‘s pictures for more details. The unit features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a stylish bathroom with a private shower, and a small, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, mini freezer, dishes, and silverware. The bathroom has a separate entrance for added privacy. We value and respect your privacy and comfort and we are expecting you treat are place the same way, please review our rules and policy. (We donnot have available smoking areas in the property) We are Located in a family, quiet, safe, and central neighborhood of Citrus Park, this secondary unit is attached to the main house, with its own independent entrance and free on-site parking.
