Private Suite in a Tranquil Jax Beach Neighborhood

A private guest suite in a quiet wooded neighborhood. The entire suite and the patio will be your private space and the grill has everything you need for a cookout. The house is walking distance to the marina, restaurants and breweries. You can easily bike to all that Jax Beach has to offer, the pier is right down the road and the Mayo Clinic is less than 4 miles away. Beach equipment is available to use and beach cruisers or surfboards can be provided upon request. The space The large shaded patio has everything you need for a cookout. The backyard has a fire pit that you can gather around with friends. The bathroom has a rainfall shower and a jetted tub to help you relax from a long day at the beach. The suite is attached to our house, and we do have dogs, so they may bark when they hear a guest come and go. Guest access The private entrance is on the side of the house and uses a key code lock. The entire guest suite, the entire side patio and the back yard is all yours. There is a temporary fence in the backyard to segment off part of it for my dogs. The driveway in front of the garage is the guest parking area with more parking available across the street. Other things to note I'm flexible on the check in and out times if there is not another reservation immediately before or after. Limited washer and dryer access can be provided if you're staying for a week or longer.
