Luxurious Home Close to Attractions

This 4 bedroom home is located in Dr. Phillips, which was recently ranked the #1 place to live in all of Florida! This is because of the upscale living, and desirable location located close to shopping, dining, golf, and all of the attractions. The space Our home is a beautifully upgraded 2300 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom private home. You will enjoy comfortable sleep in the master bedroom with a plush, kingsize, Tempurpedic bed with adjustable frame, and the main guest room has a split-king Sleep Number bed with independently adjustable frame and massage feature. The "kids bedroom" has full-size bunk beds that can accommodate 2 children on each mattress, and a twin trundle that slides out from underneath. The final bedroom, that we use as a "playroom" has a queen-size futon. There is DirecTV connected in the family room, playroom, and guest bedroom. The family room is connected to surround sound, and streaming with Netflix is available via the AppleTV in that room. Roku is set up in the guest room. WiiU is connected in the family room, and Playstation 4 is connected in the playroom. Guest access The entire home is available to you, except you will not be able to park in the garage since we will have one of our cars parked there. However, the driveway is quite expansive, so there will be plenty of space to park outside. Other things to note Please refrain from smoking inside our around the home, and we can not allow pets in the house. Unfortunately several of us are allergic to a variety of pets. The house is great for families, and we welcome you to bring your children of any ages. But please note, the house is not prepared as "childproof" for toddlers or infants, so be mindful of them in the home.
