Welcome to our resort home without the price. pet friendly( yes we have pets) Its a very quite neighborhood and the room has great privacy as the suite is on one side of house and we live on the other. Room is a suite with king bed, microwave, full size fridge, private bathroom with soaker tub, shower, dual sinks, makeup desk, 50"tv and internet, private access to hot tub, heated pool, and lania although shared we don't usually use when we have guest so they have there privacy. Full access to shared kitchen with cupboards labeled to help you find anything you might need and a gas grill available on lania as well. Second bathroom and open shower on the Lanai. Guests have full access of pool & hot tub 24/7 Lania, canal area and shared kitchen. 12 ft John boat with electric motor, life jackets and fishing gear ( you catch it you clean and cook it ) new addition for your enjoyment we know have a paddle boat either electric motor or you can pedel for exercise or fun. we allow guest as much privacy as they want and only mingle if they choose and want us to join them. we live in a quit friendly neighborhood with no hoa or gates. We are close to local shopping, restaurants , trails, beaches and highways its a great location and close to both us 41 and I-75. close to major restaurants and within 25 miles of some great beaches. we sit between Fort Meyers and Tampa so there is almost always something to do We clean above Air BNB and CDC guidelines. We have also implemented UV disinfecting in our guest suite and throughout our home.
