Plenty of space and room for everyone to enjoy their vacation! The first house is a 4-bedroom with a bunk room, 3-bathroom home. ☼ 2 Leather Reclining Sofas & Recliner ☼ 1 King Master Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom ☼ 1 Large Gameroom with Custom built in bunk beds for 6 plus queen trifold bed (this bedroom is not fully enclosed) ☼ 2 Queen Bedrooms The second house is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath (more like 3 with the set up) home. ☼ 2 Leather Reclining Sofas & Recliner ☼ 2 King Master Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom ☼ 1 Queen Bedroom with Twin Bed ☼ 1 Queen Bedroom with Twin/Twin Bunk Bed All bedrooms come equipped with a large closet, dresser or chest of drawers, a ceiling fan, & floor fan for your use. Each has a wall mounted smart TV. Each bathroom is well-appointed with a hairdryer, fluffy towels, either a stand-up walk-in shower or tub/shower combo, rugs, plenty of lighting, electrical outlets, and storage. All bathrooms have toilet paper (starter pack), hand soap, & bar soap. Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and black face wash clothes are also provided for each bathroom. A desk and chair are provided in one of the bedrooms. They can be easily relocated to a different room if needed for your convenience. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM☆☆ Both of the fully equipped kitchens are equipped with stainless-steel appliances; fridge, stove, oven, microwave, & of course a dishwasher, a crock pot, air fryer, blender, toaster, 12 cup drip coffee maker, spice rack, and plenty of cookware & dishes. We have special plastic dishes, bowls, & cups plus a highchair for the littles of the family! The fridge features an ice maker and water dispenser, just like at home. Both of the living rooms have wonderful views of the pool & courtyard. They are a great place to relax in the evenings after a day at the beach while playing games with the family or watching the kids play in the courtyard. There are 65” wall mounted smart tv in each house plus plenty of couches and recliners. Family games and cards are available for your family’s fun night. For added convenience, both houses have a washer & dryer for your stay. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The outdoor space here is phenomenal! The large pool is shared between the four houses & located in the middle of the courtyard. The two grills and all loungers around the pool are also shared but plenty for everyone. A large storage closet contains beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, for your use. Run across the street in the evening to the beach for some crab hunting, a nice bonfire on the beach, or a nice stroll. The pool & connecting spa are not heated. Both houses have a parking area behind the house that will hold 2 vehicles with an overflow area by the fence for another two vehicles. Rest assured; our beach house is meticulously maintained. We have a personal cleaning service and manage the house ourselves to ensure our guests are taken care of. You will have 24/7 access to us once you book your vacation. We look forward to hosting you for a memorable vacation. Guest access As guests of our home, you will have access to the entire house and pool area. We are always available to you but our level of interaction is completely up to you. Other things to note Our houses use a professional housekeeping company to clean, launder, and stock each home with necessary items. All our bedding and towels are our own and not company-owned since we self-manage and do not go through a management company. Our houses use smart locks or smart lock boxes so there is no need to start off your vacation on a schedule. You can check in and out without scheduling an appointment to do so. There are blink security cameras located on the back of 115 & front of 117 looking at the front doors & parking areas. Both record movement & audio. They have been installed for your security and for when the house is not rented. o Maximum parking is 5 - 6 vehicles. o Must be 23 years old to reserve home. A person of at least 23 years old must stay in the unit during the rental period.
