The Sunriver Deschutes House has been in our family since the late 1980s and has hosted decades of Christmases, spring breaks, class trips, and summer vacations. When we opened it to guests, we refreshed the home with new paint and bedding, focusing on comfort, cleanliness, and convenience for families. --Location-- The location is one of the home’s best features. Located off Meadow Road near Sunriver Resort, the Village is a 5-minute drive, a 30-minute walk along paved paths, or a short bike ride. The home sits on a large, shady lot surrounded by trees. Available amenities include: * Two portable cribs * High chair attachment and booster seat * Child-sized plates, cups, and utensils * Gate attachments (rated for stairs) * Corral for placing around wood stove * Outlet safety plugs * All items can be used as needed or tucked away. --Outdoor Gear & Bikes-- Snowshoes and cross-country skis with boots and poles are available for use right from the back porch when snow conditions allow, or at nearby Mt. Bachelor. Outdoor storage includes three adult bikes and three children’s bikes. Additional rentals are available in Sunriver Village. --SHARC Passes-- The rental includes 10 SHARC passes, providing access to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, disc golf, basketball and bocce courts, youth climbing, tennis, and pickleball. Some amenities are seasonal. SHARC is about a 5-minute drive away. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for a locked owner's closet upstairs and an outdoor closet off the back porch.
