This is an active private home so it has all the bells and whistles you could expect in a modern homestay. Private gate access with parking for over 6 cars in a safe and secluded neighborhood. Very close to Coconut Grove and within walking distance from Vizcaya, Tropical Park, and Starbucks. The space This house is your slice of paradise that I use to get away from some the craziness of a long week and will be perfect for any occasion. 1788 actually used to be two separate properties but has sense been converted into one, so now this is one of the largest single properties on the water in the neighborhood. Very scenic sunrises can be seen from the dock. Sheltered by a nearby island, the water backing up to the property is calm which makes for a relaxing feel. Guest access All areas of the house are open to guest except for the closets and garage. Other things to note Because this property is on the water it brings with it some special perks, but those will be discussed upon your arrival. Bring your fishing poles because you never know what you might catch!
