Welcome to the coziest main floor, in the house in the hillside of the Lyngen Alps! Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glas of wine to the fjord view, while the fireplace sparks in the background. The house in the peaceful hillside makes you feel close to nature. It is a great place for exploring the area, with peaks to reach straight from the door, central to town and beautiful view. Lyngen has something to explore year around for everyone, with wild nature, alps, aurora borealis and midnightsun. The space The main floor is well-equiped for a cozy and comfortable stay. The main floor apartment: - Private entrance, with storage. - Large kitchen, with modern equipment and large table. Coocktop, oven, microwave, refrigarator, freezer, coffe-machine (filter-coffee). - Spaceous livingroom with fireplace, chairs in front of the big windows, comfortable sofa, tv with chromecast (no channels), daybed with 2 bedspaces. - Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washer/dryer. - 1 bedroom with a double bed, 150cm. - Heating: aircondition/heating pump, panel ovens + fireplace. PS, YOU CAN RENT THE WHOLE HOUSE. The Main floor and 1st floor is rented out as separate apartments, with separate entrances. You can rent the whole house for total privacy, by booking the 1st floor as well, see our other ad. (The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with 5 bedspaces, open kitchen- and livingroom, bathroom and a large entrance/hallway) Note that if you only rent part of the house, there will most likely be sound traveling through the floor, because it is an older house, even though we have separated the floors with a massive door. Guest access You can use the patio and campfire-pan as you please, but must be shared with other guests in the 1st floor as well. Other things to note The house is in a quiet neighborhood with only 4 other neighbors, which makes ita lovely and peaceful place too stay. - Lyngseidet is 2km away, nearest town with shops. - 2h driving to Tromsø, either by ferry (check "svipper. no" for ferry-routes) or inland past Nordkjosbotn. - We recommend renting a car for your stay, to be able to explore all of the beautiful places. Please rent 4WD (4 wheel drive) during winter. Electric car-charging in Lyngseidet centre. - Perfect for skitouring, with lots of different peaks in various skill-levels. PLEASE be aware of avalance danger, and make safe decitions. - Fishing possibilities and whale safari in the Lyngenfjord area - Husky safari (dog-sledding) in Svensby 20 min away.
