The space Completely updated 4 bed/2 bath house, 1800 sq ft with a 55" TV in every bedroom, luxe bedding, and ample closet space. Enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner in stocked kitchen with up to date appliances. Laundry machines are located in the garage area and are able to be used at any moment. Relax and enjoy some fresh air in the inviting backyard. Park your boat (or trailer) in the RV access lot behind a brand new safe and secure fence with your stay. Other things to note House Rules: 1. This is a QUIET neighborhood. Please, respect the neighbors; no noise after 9pm. 2. No smoking inside the property. Lingering smoke smell will cost $$$$ to remove, and we’ll have to charge a hefty cleaning fee. 3. If you have the heater or AC on, please keep windows and doors closed. The home gets regular landscape maintenance service- once a week around 2pm. We also get regular pest control services. The pest company uses non-toxic plant-based solution to treat any potential pests around the house.
