This is a QUIET neighborhood. Please, respect the neighbors; no noise after 9pm. 2. No smoking inside the property. Lingering smoke smell will cost $$$$ to remove, and we’ll have to charge a hefty cleaning fee. 3. If you have the heater or AC on, please keep windows and doors closed. The home gets regular landscape maintenance service- once a week around 2pm. We also get regular pest control services. The pest company uses non-toxic plant-based solution to treat any potential pests around the house.
