This stylish accommodation is for max 8 people, 1 large family or 2 smaller families. Also suitable for 2 or 3 couples. Minimum booking from January through March is 1 month otherwise 1 week. From January through March heated pool fee is 420 a month. This house has a TV in each bedroom, living room & lanai. Outdoor kitchen with sink, 2 burners, grill on gas. The kitchen inside w large oven, microwave, induction cooktop. Kitchen island with granite breakfast counter, chairs and lots of space. The space 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a study Masterbedroom with adjoining bathroom: 2 sinks, bathroom furniture, bath, shower with 3 shower heads. Separate toilet with bidet hand sprayer Second bedroom with adjoining bathroom: sink, shower, bathroom furniture, toilet with bidet sprayer. From this bathroom direct access to the pool Third bedroom with a queen bed / double bed (140cmx200cm) and closet space. Through the hallway access to the 3rd bathroom which is shared with the 4th bedroom Fourth bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. Through the hallway access to the 3rd bathroom which is shared with the 3rd bedroom Guest access The guests rent the house in its entirety. The two lanai doors have to be closed at all times, this is for your safety and so you keep wild life outside the lanai. Other things to note All bookings are with security deposit of $1000.
