Free Amenities includes Lazy River. The space Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Gated Community townhome in Storey Lake. Resort You will be within 5 miles of Disney World and close by to all other Orlando attractions! This gated community offers 2 clubhouses, resort style heated pools with water slides, Splash Pad, lazy river, Mini-Golf and 2 Playgrounds. In the clubhouse there are bars and activity game rooms. For your vacation needs, restaurants and grocery stores are within a few miles from the property. Walmart is approximately 1.5 miles away. The Space: This is an entire town home with a private entrance, a small private pool and patio in a screened in area (lanai). There is ample parking right outside the unit. The kitchen includes all cooking essentials such as pots and pans, bake ware, glassware, utensils and more. You can eat at the formal dining room, outdoor patio or counter height bar. There are weekly clubhouse activities. Golf cart pickup is available to and from the clubhouse. There is a full size Washer and Dryer in the unit. There is a BBQ Gas grill for you to use. Pool Heat fee $40/night for the stay. You must request it at least 48 hours before check-in. Pool heat will not exceed 90F. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT BE EFFECTIVE in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. GRILL: BBQ Rental $100/week will apply. Guests are responsible for filling the propane tank. Please request the grill at least 48 hours before Check-In. This fee would ensure you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests who request this service understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL OCCUR FOR MISSING or DAMAGED ITEMS, EXTRA CLEANING, LOOSE TRASH Guest access: You will have access to the entire home in a gated community with 24/7 security. A QR code is provided for access to the community. Guest access I will need your email address and cell phone number to send you a QR code for access to the community There is a keypad for entry to the unit which is supplied the day of arrival. Other things to note Two clubhouses feature a lazy river, fitness centers, and tiki bars that serve food and drinks. There are also waterslides, a splash pad, mini-golf, playgrounds, and heated resort-style pools. A free golf cart shuttle service transports guests to the different clubhouses and their vacation rentals. There is a short 5 minute walk to the pools
