Between the sunrise view on the ocean side and sunset over the intracoastal… This charming, fully furnished beach house is minutes from the St. Augustine Historic Downtown. Our private community beach access leads the way to an amazing beach area! The house is located on one of the rare saltwater canals in St Augustine. Directly on the water, with a dock right in the backyard. The canal is connected to the river, where you can boat, fish, kayak, SUP and even jump in the water at the high tide! There is a master bedroom with a queen bed. This master bedroom has plenty of room to add a crib or another inflatable mat. The second bedroom, with a queen bed also, is smaller. In this second bedroom, you can find in the boxes with all protectors, bed sheets and comforters for the both sofa beds. Everything in this house is impeccable clean! We personally clean all bed sheets, comforters, sofa covers, cushions covers, shower curtains, floors...etc. after each guest. The main white door, with the access code, is behind via the ramp. The key you will find in the house is only for the shed. You are welcome to use the material in the shed as long as you use it respectfully. You can send us messages anytime via Airbnb. You will see a mix of different kinds of properties from recent modern rentals to older and beach houses. It's a safe, diversified and colorful neighborhood. Little salt water paradise for boaters! easy to drive around, easy for parking, safe area The salt water canal, that in right on the backyard, is connected to the (Matanzas River) intracoastal. There is no fence, this requires constant supervision for young children. The tide in the canal is up and down approximately every 6 hours. We ask you to wait for an higher tide to schedule your water activities or the ramp is gonna be too steep.
