Location Set within the Quail Pointe II community of Sawgrass Country Club, the condo is positioned near the Beach Gate for convenient shoreline access while maintaining a sense of privacy. Please note that Sawgrass Country Club is a private members-only club, and club membership does not extend to guests. Pets are not allowed. Other things to note Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent, and a government-issued ID is required. No pets are allowed. A Rental Agreement must be signed and returned after booking to complete your reservation. Please Note: -Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required. -No pets allowed on this property. -Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property. -Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
