The 2nd bedroom sports a roomy queen bed and Smart TV as well. Two twin beds adorn the third bedroom complete with another Smart TV. The modern white kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, all the food prep and baking amenities of back home and overlooks the main living and dining area. Living area has big screen Roku TV so you can stream all your apps. Brew up a fresh cup of coffee and head to your balcony to grab some Gulf breezes and Florida sunshine before plotting the day's events. Guest access Beachside Villas offers a complimentary seasonal trolley to take guests to and from the Eastern Lake Public Beach Access. This free service runs daily from March 15th through September 14th. At the complex, enjoy a game of shuffleboard, tennis, or pickleball- equipment is available at the onsite HOA office. There are two pools, with one heated as the weather turns cold. Charcoal grills are also available for guest use. Explore the local scene as Bikes, Golf Carts & other motorized vehicles can be delivered right to your door by various local establishments.
