The space Villa All Decked Out This gorgeous gulf access home features 2,150 square feet of space, has 3 bedrooms plus an additional room for children's quarters, 3 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 10 guests! This is a new, recently built home! You will enjoy the space the home has to offer, and of course, the home has a beautiful heated pool and spa with canal views. You will enjoy the open floor plan of this home. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as all the needed kitchen essentials so that you can make delicious meals for you and your guests! This home has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a beautiful master bathroom, which has a separate tub and shower. Two of the guest bedrooms are well-appointed with queen beds. The last room is great for kids, at the front of the home, with a twin over full bunk bed. This room does not have a door, but it does have privacy curtains. This home sleeps 9 guests, but can sleep up to 10 guests as there is a twin rollaway available! A key feature of this home is the many outside amenities available. This Gulf access home on the canal also has a boat dock available for guest use. There is a heated pool and spa. The large patio area has several seating options, even an outdoor kitchen. You and your guests can play a game of corn hole. There is also a tiki on the dock to further delight you and your guests. There are also 2 kayaks available for guest use! You will not want to wait to book "Villa All Decked Out." This home is NOT pet-friendly. Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property. The home access code will be given 2-4 days prior to arrival and after final payment and receipt of a signed rental agreement, and copy of photo ID. Other things to note You will be required to sign receipt of our Terms and Conditions for staying in one of our Vacation Homes. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
