Set up time to play golf or tennis! Go see fireworks weekly during the summer at Baytown Wharf or enjoy a view of the Destin Harbor fireworks from the balcony! NOTE: Balcony is not accessible From March 28, 2025 Until May 2, 2025!! Publix grocery store and Grand Avenue shopping and movie theaters just across the street on other side of resort property. Gated community with pizza shop, Ben & Jerry's ice cream, Escape room and more just to the right of the gated entry to this property! We have available to you: board games, playing cards, body board, beach umbrella, 2 portable chairs and beach toys available for guests to use during their stay. Destin Harbor fireworks can be seen from the balcony, dining and bedroom or enjoy once a week fireworks at Baytown Wharf all summer long! So much to do for everyone!! NO SMOKING/VAPING of any substances anywhere on the premises of this property ( A fine applies and the rental is subject to a non-refundable immediate cancellation - see rental agreement) 2. All passes/wristbands must be returned at checkout. A replacement fee of $20/item applies 3. Quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am are to be observed 4. No parties of any kind. Only the number of guests listed on the booking can be on the premises at any given time. 5. Security hold of $500 2 days prior to stay and released 5 days after your stay 6. A rental agreement has to be signed and a copy of the driver's license of the person booking must be provided within 48 hours of reservation or the reservation will be cancelled and subject to a minimum $75 cancellation fee. 7. NO pets due to HOA rules and severe allergies in host's family. 8. We provide passcodes for easy access to the property. In the event of an emergency, if a physical key is provided, this must be returned to the lockbox at checkout. A $350 replacement fee will be assessed per lock if key is not returned.
