The space This cozy 1 bedroom is the oldest existing home in Mangonia Park tucked into the tranquil Northwood Shores community. It was built as a fisherman's cottage and has been lovingly updated and refurbished to add new amenties while retaining the original charm and character. The space is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Would be tight for more. Guest access You will have full access to your entire place - kitchen, bath, bedroom, livingroom, outdoor deck and gardens. Other things to note This tiny home doesn't offer a dishwasher, but does have a stove refrigerator and microwave. *****No smoking or vaping of any kind. *****No pets of any type or size. *****No more than 2 guests - no visitors. *****No more than two vehicles are allowed at the property. Normal size sedans, suv's, etc will fit on the parking area. Extra long vehicles are not appropriate for the parking area - ie: pick up truck, van, etc, but can park on the street.
