Just a couple of blocks from the YMCA and an athletic field that includes basketball and tennis courts as well as baseball and soccer fields. An easy five minute walk to downtown to enjoy the many shops, restaurants, the shore path and the Island Explorer, which provides free rides around the island. If you want to explore on your own, Acadia National Park is just a short five minute drive away. If golf is your thing, Kebo Valley Golf Club is less than a mile away. The home has been updated, nicely decorated and has three upstairs bedrooms with a full bath. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds, (that can be converted to a king bed set up upon request) and bunk beds for the kids in the third bedroom. AC mini split units are on both floors. The first floor contains a lovely living room with sectional sofa, an updated kitchen with a large eat-in island, an additional side table for two, and a full bathroom and a laundry area with washer and dryer. The outside back deck has a nice dining table and gas grill, as well as a fenced in yard. There is a covered front porch and a private driveway for parking. The home also has high speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TV's with Roku devices, both upstairs and down.
