Quiet and peaceful bungalow with front porch; great for relaxing. Walking distance to Avondale restaurants and the Murray Hill strip with restaurants and a craft brewery. Uber downtown for under $10. Two very popular restaurants with full bar, South kitchen and Orsay are 1 block over. Jags stadium is less than 5 miles away. Close to bus line (walk in under 5 min) and hospitals including St Vincents (1.4 mi). UF Health (4.4 mi), 3 miles to Baptist and Wolfson’s; 16 miles to Mayo. The space Your semi- private space is the front of the house including living room, dining room, full bath and 1 bedroom with queen bed and another with a full bed and office space. The kitchen and laundry room are shared with the residents when home. There are two adults and a child that primarily stay upstairs and may use the common areas. No peanuts, nuts or sesame (ie seeds, oils or hummus) in common areas due to severe food allergies. LGBTQI / non-binary friendly home and neighborhood.
