Waterfront Condo with Stunning View!

Our condo is one of many identical units in the building. The photos shown may not be of our specific unit. Ours is on the 5th floor, has an amazing view of Blackwater Sound. You can hear the band at Gilbert’s over the water until 10pm some nights. Pool & tennis court on property. Only one car per unit is free. Reserve dockage for your boat. The ramp and trailer storage is next door. Docks can be seen from the unit. Check in after hours as long as you call ahead to the office before 5pm. The space The space consists of 2 large rooms, a huge master bedroom and a living/dining/kitchen room with a pull-out couch that can sleep two. The balcony goes the entire length of the unit. The kitchen has granite countertops and is well-equipped. Wifi is fast. The front desk is open 9-5 M-F and limited hours on the weekend. There is a pool and tennis court and the fishing off the docks in the channel is great! Guest access There are gas BBQ grills down by the waterfront, near the pool area. Tennis rackets are free at the front desk. Paid washer and dryer are on the 3rd floor. Other things to note One car is free. If you have additional vehicles, check with the front desk and they will make arrangements. There is a small fee for extra cars (I believe it is $10)
