However, should any item become lost or broken making them unavailable to use, there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner.  INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach. Help is available 24/7 via several different methods such as text, phone and email. NOTE: The free activities and bike rentals offered are subject to availability and require a reservation through our concierge service, Xplorie, at least 48 hours in advance. Once you make your booking, we will send you the instructions to easily reserve your complimentary admissions & perks. We encourage you to make your reservations as much in advance as possible as we do not refund if they are sold out. Unused admissions expire daily. Valid for stays less than 28 days. Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, technical difficulties sometimes occur. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring a hotspot or an ethernet cord to plug into the router. No refunds are granted for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, no exceptions.
