THINGS TO KNOW * No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. * Parking notes: Four cars will fit in driveway, no parking on the grass and street. * Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. * Quiet Hours: 10PM-8 AM. Parties are not permitted. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property. Guest access Keyless Entry Door: We will provide you with the code to access the front door for the length of your stay. Check-in & Check-out: Check in is at 4:00PM and check-out is at 10:00AM. Other things to note The pool temperature is set at a comfortable 86-88 degrees. Please do not attempt adjusting the heater. Please remember the neighborhood is strict about quite hours from 10PM to 8 AM. Please respect neighbors and their properties.
