The house has gorgeous views of the intercoastal and a waterfront pool. A free shuttle will even pick you up at the house! Relax outside in the lounge area under the covered tiki hut. There is a boat dock on an 80-foot-deep canal with direct ocean access and no fixed bridges. Just a 15-minute walk to beautiful beaches and tons of amazing restaurants. We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, napkins, rolls of paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee. Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Monday trash and recycling - WE HAVE A SERVICE THAT WILL COME BY TAKE THE TRASH AND RECYCLE OUT ON SUNDAY EVENING. Thursday trash only - We kindly ask that guests take the trash bin out on Wednesday Evening and bring it back in after collection. Other things to note This home is located in an upscale, quiet waterfront neighborhood. We are at the end of a safe culdesac, so there is no through traffic.
